Protesters urge police official to join their sit-in (video)
The situation is relatively calm on Baghramyan Avenue where activists of the No to Plunder initiative continue their sit-in against the rise in electricity prices. Deputy Chief of Yerevan police Valery Osipyan is trying to negotiate with the demonstrators who urge him to join the protest. “Osipyan, sit down here, next to us,” say the activists.
