Every morning yoga teacher Apres Zohrabyan attracts positive energy and peace of soul, clears his thoughts in order to pass it to people, “Yoga is means of psychological-emotional hygiene, and the hygiene products, which we use every day, clean the body, and yoga cleans the thoughts.” It is officially said that India is the homeland of yoga, but many people claim that it has older roots. Art, science or religious ritual- there are many interpretations of yoga. It is perceived in different ways, it is accepted or refused for different reasons. St. Sargis Church priest Ter Yesayi Artenyan comments, “Christianity is against the manifestation of yoga and its ideology. Because it is more an expression of a different religion, even thought in Armenia it is presented as an exercise, health-promoting activity, which doesn’t correspond to the reality.” “Yoga’s approaches are supra-religious, it isn’t a derivative of Buddhism. Yoga is a science about religions,” comments Apres Zohrabyan. Apres Zohrabyan entered the world of yoga with the desire to be useful to people and not to see gloomy faces anymore.
