The bill of the amendments in the law on “Social Security of Servicemen and their Family Members” does not regulate all the problems existing in the field. Today co-author of the bill, HHK deputy Arpine Hovhannisyan announced at the NA, “But the draft bill fitting a page solves a number of serious problems- material, moral, psychological etc.” She thinks it is a bill, which can unite all the political forces and in this regard all the deputies of the NA are the co-authors of this bill, “This bill has one target: we have servicemen, I cannot say many, but there are people, who really need to get treatment abroad and currently this bill can solve these issues.” According to the words of Arpine Hovhannisyan the bill gives a chance to rely on the state rather than on the charity, “This bill is just the first step in this field. I agree with the views of Gagik Jhangiryan and the part connected with the disciplinary violations will be removed from the law and the exception will apply to those servicemen, who intentionally injure themselves. What relates to the view that the Government mustn’t decide the conditions and procedure, I can say that be saying conditions we don’t mean the conditions, in case of which it will be possible to get treatment. It relates to the procedural conditions.”
