Grants are provided for a specific mission, and grant projects are actually forced by the West: it is an expert assessment. The state project of flour enrichment with folic acid isn’t an exception, dangerous consequences of which have been spoken out by the experts for several months. Community enlargement project can also become a threat for our country. Doesn’t the Government see the dangers?
