Armenia has new Ambassador in Germany
According to Serzh Sargsyan’s decree, Ashot Smbatyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the Federal Republic of Germany (residence in Berlin). To remind, the post of the RA Ambassador to Germany was vacant after Vahan Hovhannisyan’s death.
