Armenian Parliament vice-speaker to deliver speech in Syntagma Square
On May 17, Armenian Parliament Vice-Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov left for Athens for an official visit at the invitation of Hellenic Parliament Speaker Zoi Konstantopoulou. In Athens, Mr Mr Sharmazanov is to attend commemorations of Pontic Greeks’ genocide. On May 18, Mr Sharmazanov is to hold a meeting with Ms Konstantopoulou and later deliver a speech at the international conference ‘The triad of Genocides: Armenians, Greeks and Assyrian.” On May 19, Pontian Greek Genocide Remembrance, the vice-speaker of the Armenian parliament will pay tribute to the victims of the tragedy and deliver a speech in Syntagma Square.
