Case on incident of illegal realization of weapon and ammunition sent to the SIS
On incident of illegal acquisition and keeping of weapon and ammunition by Armen H., by materials of the criminal case investigated in RA Investigation Committee Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District Investigation Division, on incident of illegal realization of weapon and ammunition to Armen H. by an unknown person at time and in circumstances not ascertained by the investigation, a new criminal case was instituted pursuant to part 1, Article 235 of RA Criminal Code, detached in a separate proceedings and preliminary investigation was carried out. Subsequently, conditioned by the factual circumstances of the case, starting from the necessity of guaranteeing multi-sided, complete and impartial investigation, the criminal case was sent to RA Special Investigation Service.
