Nairit plant employees start sit-in, demand back salaries (video)
Employees of Nairit chemical plant have started a two-day sit-in outside the Armenian government. They demand that they be paid their back wages as soon as possible and the plant be reopened. Neither Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Yervand Zakharyan nor Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has come out to talk to the group. Many plant employees are still owed up to 18 months in salaries. You can follow the protest action live on A1+.
