New fatality in the ranks: Armenian soldier killed while on duty
An Armenian soldier was fatally wounded at around 3.10 p.m. May 8, the NKR Defense Ministry said in a report. According to the report, Harutyun Ghambaryan (born in 1995), was killed while on active duty in a military unit stationed in the northeastern direction of the Line of Contact of the Karabakh and Azerbaijani troops. An investigation is underway to verify the details of the incident. The NKR Defense Ministry shares the grief of the loss and extends condolences to the family, relatives and fellow servicemen of the soldier,” the report says.
