Indians brought a snake to Government House (video)
Today an exhibition titled “Days of India in Armenia” has been opened at Government House 1, Yerevan. The exhibition will be open until May 10. The exhibition was launched with Indian songs and dances, a dance with a snake performed by Indian actors. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Armenia Suresh Babu and the NA HHK faction lawmaker Margarit Yesayan were present at the exhibition. Traditional Indian garments, furniture, jewelry and cosmetics were exhibited. According to the words of the Ambassador, the organization of such exhibitions is very important for the nations of two countries, as it contributes to the creation of close cultural and business ties between Armenians and Indians, as well as to the communication and cooperation between two nations.
