Presidents put yellow flowers in their hands in Forget-Me-Not wreath (video)

Serzh Sargsyan has delivered a speech at the Armenian Genocide Memorial at Tsitsernakaberd and taken a seat between the Presidents of France and Russia. Before his speech, Presidents of France and Russia, François Hollande and Vladimir Putin, came up to Serzh Sargsyan near the Memorial with yellow flowers in their hands. When Vladimir Putin made his appearance, the high-ranking officials and foreign delegates gave a standing ovation. Serzh Sargsyan was the last to come up to the wreath having the shape of a forget-me-not, a chosen symbol of commemoration of the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide. After attaching his flower in the wreath, Serzh Sargsyan made a speech and took a seat among the guests. This was followed by children's choir performing the Armenian anthem.
