Snow returns to Vanadzor, Spitak and Stepanavan
Armenia’s Ministry of Transport and Communications reports that it was snowing in Vanadzor, Spitak and Stepanavan as of 10:00 am. Snow cleaning activities are underway to ensure road safety and smooth traffic movement. All roads in the country are open to traffic, the Ministry says.
