Winter apparently returning to Sisian
Winter has returned to Sisian, a town in the southern Syunik Province of Armenia, where snowfall started at night surprising the locals. Although Yerevan-Meghri highway is passable, poor visibility is reported on some sections because of mist, A1+’s reporter says from Sisian.
