President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to award posthumously Armenian serviceman Levon Mirzoyan (born in 1995) who was killed by Azerbaijani forces at a military unit located in the eastern direction of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army. Mirzoyan was awarded with the “For Service in Battle” medal.
