Armenian and Russian servicemen to hold joint military parade in Gyumri
The 102nd Russian military base stationed in Armenia’s second largest city of Gyumri are preparing for a military parade marking the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The parade will be held in Gyumri on May 9. As reported by the press service of Russia's Southern Military District, at least 1 200 soldiers of the 102nd Russian military base, including representatives of the Russian Federal Security Service's Frontier Department in Armenia, air forces and air defense forces of Armenia's armed forces, will participate in the event, Armtimes.com reports.
