Galust Sahakyan: It is not our business whether Russia sells arms to Azerbaijan or not (video)
Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Galust Sahakyan today answered journalists’ question regarding Russian arms sales to Azerbaijan. “It is not our business. We should not interfere as a third country. I did not speak about the deliveries of Russian weapons to Azerbaijan even my visit to Moscow,” he said. Mr Sahakyan says the issue makes Armenia vulnerable form the moral point of view. Why don’t France and the USA – the other OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries – also sell weapons to Azerbaijan? In reply to a journalist’s question, the parliament official said, “Ultimately, there would be a country that would sell weapons [to Azerbaijan].”
