Artsakh President visits military units
On 18 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by defense minister Movses Hakobyan visited one of the military units located in the east of the republic and got acquainted with the live and service of soldiers and officers. On the same day the President partook in a solemn event dedicated to the 65th birthday anniversary of Vladik Khachatryan, a prominent representative of the Artsakh National-Liberation movement and the Artsakh War held at the Martouni Youth Palace. The President highlighted perpetuation of the martyrs' memory, noting that Vladik Khachatryan's character as a great patriot, good friend and talented commander would always remain bright in the memory of generations.
