Bako Sahakyan receives Andrzej Kasprzyk
On 17 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. Issues related to the situation along the contact line between the NKR and Azerbaijan armed forces were discussed during the meeting.
