Bako Sahakyan signs decree to suspend powers of of judge
On March 16, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to suspend terms in office of the NKR Court of First Instance judge Karen Mardanyan upon his own request, NKR President's Press Office reports.
