The individual admitted the crime not committed by him
Artashes A., a suspect to the criminal case reviewed in the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Armenia reported to the Armavir Police Department of the Republic of Armenia about the fact that on February 21, 2015 at about 12:00 the special service employees of Armavir Police Department of the Republic of Armenia swore at him and applied violence against him, struck different parts of his body with legs and hands, as a result of which he received bodily injuries. In the end he admitted the fact of theft not committed by him. A criminal case has been launched based on the report filed by Artashes S. with regard to the excess of employment-related powers followed by violence applied in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Part 2 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
