Arayik Harutyunyan- President of the leading party of Artsakh
On March 7 the 5th congress of the Free Homeland Party (AHK) was held in the hall of Culture and Youth Palace of Stepanakert. Delegates from Stepanakert and different regions of Artsakh took part in the congress, which was presided over by the Director of the AHK Head Office, Vice President of the National Assembly Arthur Tovmasyan. During the congress Arayik Harutyunyan was reelected President of “Free Homeland” party.
