New appointments in Artsakh: Bako Sahakyan signs decrees
Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Jivan Haroutyunyan Deputy Head of the NKR Civil Service Council for six-year term. By another presidential decree, Marat Sargsyan was appointed member of the NKR Civil Service Council with term of office till February 14, 2020.
