It isn’t excluded that today Robert Kocharyan will respond to Serzh Sargsyan’s speech made during HHK Board session. Robert Kocharyan’s press secretary Viktor Soghomonyan said it in response to our question. “Kocharyan has returned to Armenia at night, there hasn’t been a discussion yet. Today I will discuss with him and if there is a need to respond, we will respond,”- said Soghomonyan. More here
