Black ice on some roads
RA Ministry of Transport and Communication informs that on February 13 at 09:30 there is black ice on the roads of Sisian region and Vardenyats mountain pass (from Martuni side). There are no precipitations in the republic. In order to ensure safe traffic the highways are being cleaned with salt and sand. Interstate and republican roads are open.
