NA former deputy Hakob Hakobyan’s advocate Karen Sardaryan presented a complaint in the Court of Appeals, appealing the decision of choosing arrest as a preventive measure applied against his defendant, Karen Sardaryan told “Pastinfo” during the interview. Hakob Hakobyan was arrested on February 4. He is charged with illegal entrepreneurial activities and tax evasion. Hakob Hakobyan doesn’t plead guilty to the charges levied against him. Details here
