Roads difficult to pass
RA Ministry of Transport and Communication informs that on February 9 at 09:30 it is snowing in most parts of the republic. There is black ice on Sisian and Goris highways and Vardenyats mountain pass. Because of snow, storm and low visibility highways of Aragats region and Vardenyats mountain pass are difficult to pass. Storm has started in Saravan mountain pass, Jermuk region and on the highway from Kuchak to Vanadzor. In order to ensure safe traffic the highways are being cleaned with salt and sand. Interstate and republican roads are open.
