Once more Turkey is trying to adjust history: touching upon the events planned in Turkey on April 24, notes political analyst Alexander Margarov, “Celebrating the centennial of the Battle of Gallipoli on April 24 aims at reducing the importance of the events dedicated to the Armenian Genocide,”- he explains. What relates to the inner political developments, the political analyst thinks that there are topics, which consolidate the Armenians and the topic of Genocide is the first among them. Mr. Margarov thinks that the automobile march and the slogan of the Founding Parliament have been a meaningless step at present, “The centennial is in the state, and each state must have a regime. So in this case it turns out that they are fighting not against the regime but the state. It can bring to political chaos. We have political issues and going against them is a political suicide.”
