NA factions make statement on Control Chamber's report
2013 Annual Report of the Control Chamber of the Republic of Armenia was included in the agenda of the four-day sitting of the National Assembly. The report was presented at the NA sitting by a member of the Control Chamber, which is a gross violation of Article 101 of the RA Law on Regulations of the National Assembly and Article 9 of the RA Law on the Control Chamber. Given the aforesaid violation of the law, the four factions in the Armenian Parliament –the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), Heritage, Armenian National Congress (HAK) and Court of Law (OEK) - refused to participate in the discussion of the law. Based on the aforesaid, we require that the report be discussed in due order at the upcoming session of the National Assembly. The Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun has joined the statement issued by the four factions.
