Hakob Hakobyan is in court: His condition has worsened
A court in Yerevan is to decide on the restraint in the case of former lawmaker Hakob Hakobyan, armtimes.com reports. The former MP was arrested on Monday as part of an investigation into his alleged ‘illegal entrepreneurial activities’ and ‘tax evasion. The criminal case is being conducted by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Finance. The latter has petitioned the Court of general Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-marash districts to arrest Hakobyan.
