RA Prosecutor General petitions to RF Prosecutor General in connection with Gyumri case
Headed by Article 6 of the agreement on jurisdiction and mutual legal assistance in connection with the cases of location of Russian military base in the territory of the RA reached between the RA and the RF, RA Prosecutor General G. Kostanyan applied to the RF Prosecutor General Yu. Chaika with the motion to hand over the proceedings of the criminal case launched in relation to the murder case of seven RA citizens in Armenia’s Gyumri city on January 12, to the RA law enforcement authorities.
