Four Armenian Soldiers charged with murder of fellow serviceman
Four servicemen in Armenia have been charged with the murder of fellow soldier Haykaz Barseghyan, who was found on January 29 hanging from a rope attached to the horizontal bar in the gym of a training unit in Yerevan. Vache Sahakyan, Movses Azaryan, Gnel Tevosyan and Norik Sahakyan, soldiers of the same military unit, are charged under Article 104.2 of the Criminal Code (murder by a group of people or by an organized group, out of hooliganism), Investigative Committee of Armenia reports. Barseghyan, 20, was found hanged in the territory of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute.
