Fatal events in Gyumri: Bloody trail of Russian military base N102 (video)
The recent tragic events in Gyumri caused us to remember all other murders by soldier of Russian military base N102 which is stationed in Gyumri. The video tells about fatal cases reported in 1999, 2013 and 2015 which resulted in the death of 11 Armenian civilians, including 4 minors. The video made by the Union of Informed Citizens NGO also raises a number of rhetorical questions
