Gyumri tragedy: Facebook mourns death of little Seryozha Avetisyan
Many Facebook users changed their profile pictures to a plain black square with no words after learning about the death of little Seryozha Avetisyan, the only survivor of a recent family murder in Gyumri, who died in a Yerevan hospital earlier on Monday. With the move they show that the entire nation is mourning the loss of the seven members of the Avetisyan family. For seven days doctors at Yerevan’s Surb Astvatsatsin hospital struggled to save the life of the six-month-old baby whose death who died on Monday.
