Lawmaker explains why he did not record Gyumri murder susopect (video)
Where is Valery Permyakov, the Russian soldier accused of murdering six people in Gyumri? Martun Grigoryan, a lawmaker from Gyumri, visited the suspect who is reportedly kept at the Russian military base in Gyumri but did not enter his cell. Mr Grigoryan says he saw Permyakov from a hole. Before visiting the military base the MP called on everyone to demonstrate restraint and wisdom. He cannot say what he could do if he entered the cell where Permyakov is locked. The MP also explains why he had not photographed or recorded Permyakov. Details are available in the video of Tsayg TV
