Russian soldier accused of Gyumri murder (video)
Armenia’s Investigative Committee has issued a statement saying that Valery Permyakov, the Russian soldier suspected of murdering six members of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri on January 12, has been officially accused of murder. The Committee is carrying out comprehensive, complete and objective examination in the criminal crime and is trying to verify all possible versions. Given the sufficient evidence unearthed in the in the preliminary investigation, Permyakov has been charged with Article 104 (Part 1) of the Armenian Criminal Code.
