Kommersant: Command of Russian military base in Gyumri will be held accountable
The Russian newspaper "Kommersant" writes that Valery Permyakov, a Russian soldier suspected of murdering a six-member family in Armenia’s Gyumri city, will not be handed over to the Armenian side, but the investigation will be conducted by ‘close cooperation’ of law-enforcement structures of Armenia and Russia. The newspaper also says that Russian Defense Ministry intends strictly punish the command of Russian military base N102 in Gyumri, where Permyakov had served six months.
