Roads open in Armenia
No precipitation was reported in Armenia as of 9.30 a.m., according to the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.Some sections of Vardenyants mountain pass [near Martuni] are covered in black ice. Snow cleaning activities are underway in the country. All roads are trafficable, says the Ministry.
