Aghvan Hovsepyan motions to enforce penalty against senior investigator
Aghvan Hovsepyan, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, has motioned the Disciplinary Committee to impose a penalty on a senior investigator of Criminal Investigation Department of Shengavit district.
