Criminal case launched on murder of Armenian soldier
A criminal case was launched in the General Department of the Military Investigation of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia on the murder of a soldier on the military position on the national, racist or religious grounds. On December 8, 2014 at about 15:00 in one of the military positions of N unit serviceman Garik Ispiryan received a fatal gunshot wound after being shot by the rival. Investigation of the criminal case with regard to RA Criminal Code Article 104, Part 2 Point 13 is underway. Information and Public Relations Department of RA Investigative Committee
