Policeman abducted the car and stole the mobile phone
In the night from November 9-10, 2014 at about 5.30AM, the policeman of Protection Division of Ararat Department of Ararat Regional Administration the Police of the Republic of Armenia and his brother, in the course of the disputes arisen around the personal mutual relationship opposite the van-cottage located at the right side of Yerevan-Yeraskh highway beat brothers Yeghishe M. and Artur M. with a big handicraft metal key and metal hoist. During the argument, the policeman intentionally broke the protective shields of the rear window and the rear right side window of “Mercedes” car owned by him. Afterwards, he abducted the car and stole “Nokia” mobile phone and “Mercedes” distinguishing sign and left the car in Ararat town. A criminal case was launched based on the reports of the citizens Yeghishe M. and Artur M. as per the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia under Parts 1 of Article 118, 117, 183 and 185 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
