Armenian Defence Minister, Ambassador Kasprzyk discuss situation over downed Artsakh helicopter (video)
On November 19, Armenia’s Defence Minister Seyran Ohanyan received Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office. The two men discussed the coordination of work carried out by the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and OSCE Minsk Group mediators to learn the fate of the pilots of the Artsakh helicopter that was shot down by Azerbaijan near the Line of Contact on Nov. 12, as well as the return of the dead bodies.
