Karabakh Defense Minister receives OSCE Chairman-in-Office
The Defense Minister of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), Commander of the NKR Defense Army, Movses Hakobyan, met on Monday with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. The two men discussed the present-day situation along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces, and the fate of the crew of the Armenian helicopter which was shot down by Azerbaijan on November 12 in the eastern direction of the conflict zone. The NKR official expressed hope that the OSCE would use all its capabilities to to ultimately determine the fate of the crew of the helicopter and to implement the ensuing processes, the NKR MoD Press Service reports.
