Psychologist on behaviour of lawmakers (video)
There are different levels of moral development, and Azerbaijan is on the lowest level, says psychologist Samvel Khudoyan. He says Azeris are semi-savage tribes. Speaking about Azerbaijan President’s statement that the war with Armenia is not over, Mr Khudoyan said ‘it was a primitive step by Aliyev.’ “He may realize that he made a wrong and useless statement but I think he did it to comfort his people, especially those who oppose him,” says the psychologist. “Armenians take all this very dramatically and emotionally, which increases hostility and the desire for revenge,” he added urging the media to be more careful in covering events. Speaking about the recent incident between Armenian lawmakers Samvel Farmanyan and Levon Zurabyan, particularly Zurabyan’s words that ‘he reprimanded his leg for hitting Farmanyan,’ the psychologist said, “They are still young. But, of course, it is unacceptable in terms of ethics, and if I were the leaders of their parties I would scold them severely.”
