There are roads difficult to pass
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of RA on November 15 by 07.00 state and interstate highways of the republic are mainly passable. Sotk-Karvachar highway is difficult to pass. MES of the Republic of Armenia warns to drive on the high-mentioned parts only by winter tires and in urgent cases. According to the information received from the department of ES of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Georgia from Stepantsminda-Lars roadway is open for all types of vehicles. MES
