It is a military crime.” Former Minister of DM Vagharshak Harutyunyan is sure that we must understand what happened, “It is not an aggression as the aggression is when the rival’s troops enter your territory, it is a gross violation of the ceasefire regime by Azerbaijan. No matter how close the helicopter approached the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, as there can be no restriction, it is impossible to blame the Armenian side. So no reasoning by the Azerbaijani side can be true.” Mr. Harutyunyan reminded the reaction of the international community, which blamed Azerbaijan for shooting a helicopter in the NKR during the training flight, “Nikolay Bordyuzha also said that it would bring to the tension of conflict. The fact is that Azerbaijan isn’t able to give a military solution, that’s why it is trying to create atmosphere of fear.”
