We are in a deep sorrow for the incident, we extend our condolences to the relatives of the victims and share their grief. I am sure that the provocative policy of Azerbaijan, which makes the situation tense in the conflict zone, will receive its adequate response from our alert and experienced defense army. Our rival remains faithful to its type- stabbing in the back, axing a sleeping and unarmed person, glorifying the murderer, the world has know it in this way for long ago and the world must stop equating on the international documents or showing the same attitude, it must give an objective assessment.
