Azerbaijan declared NK airspace a no-fly zone: Azatutyun
On 12 November, Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan made a statement on the occasion of collapse of Armenian helicopter, where the airspace of “occupied territories” was declared a no-fly zone and in accordance with the regulation it was informed to the members of International Civil Aviation Organization. According to Azerbaijani APA agency, Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan also announced that Armenian side is responsible for the incident. More here
