SIS: False protocol annexed to criminal case
Based on the report of the citizen Artur K., a criminal case was instituted based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of Armenia in accordance with Part 1 of Article 314 of the Criminal Code, the SIS Press Service reports. Citizen Artur K. reported that the investigator of Vayots Dzor Regional Investigation Department of the RA Investigation Committee in the course of the preliminary investigation reviewed in his proceeding drew up and annexed a false protocol about the allegedly interrogation of the witness.
