Sotk-Karvachar roadway difficult to pass
No precipitation was reported in Armenia as of 9:30 a.m. All roads in the country are open for traffic. Only Sotk-Karvachar roadway in Gegharkunik region is difficult to pass, says the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The Ministry advises drivers to use winter tyres.
