Armenian politician Vladimir Movsisyan dies on Wednesday, November 5, at 81. Since 2012, Vladimir Movsisyan headed of the president-affiliated commission on Lake Sevan problems. In the 1990s, he was the governor of Gegharkunik in 1996, he was appointed Minister of Agriculture of Armenia.
